30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Downloadable software products.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval: We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package, along with a return authorization if applicable. Please do not send your item back to us without first requesting a return.
  3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included.
  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, Clarnophorst will cover the return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid return label.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
