  • During peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such times.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days after processing.

Please note that these delivery estimates are provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, as well as the chosen shipping method.
  • We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 (excluding taxes and after any discounts applied) within the United States.
  • For orders under $50, standard shipping rates will apply.

International Shipping

We are delighted to offer international shipping to many countries, including the United States and the European Union. If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us for assistance.

  • International shipping times vary significantly by destination and can range from 7-20 business days after processing, and sometimes longer due to customs procedures.
  • Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees: International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are collected by the destination country upon delivery.   • We are unable to mark international orders as “gifts” or alter their declared value on customs forms.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s website or via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
